Workshops primarily using observational drawing and painting as a mode of attentiveness, encouraging eye-hand-mind coordination and enhancing personal connections to place, allowing for vivid encounters with nature. Through drawing, universal truths can appear; small gestures combined with mindfulness create awareness of the environment and self. To draw is to cultivate care within oneself and for the thing one is drawing.

After graduating from my MFA in 2018, I undertook a year-long COSCA certificate in Counselling Skills to better equip myself with skills and insights that would aid working in community settings and with the creation of safe spaces where people can contribute, learn and also ‘fail’.
